Με απλά λόγια και χωρίς πολλά πολλά, το Neonode N2 κυκλοφορεί ελεύθερο ανάμεσα μας και περιμένει υπομονετικά στα ράφια των Cosmote, Vodafone και Wind με τις ανάλογες τιμές συμβολαίου. Τα χαρακτηριστικά παραμένουν τα ίδια, με την υπέροχη οθόνη αφής να παίζει βίντεο και να προβάλει φωτογραφίες μέσα από τις τεχνολογίες Zforce και Neno ενώ ταυτόχρονα μιλάτε με quad band GSM κάλυψη και bluetooth. Κάμερα ανάλυσης 2 megapixel και αποθηκευτικός χώρος με κάρτες miniSD με την συσκευασία να περιέχει ήδη 1GB.

A quick demo of Neonode N2 user interface and what the company calls zForce and Neno technology. The menu is very easy to use and finger gestures need just a couple of hours or days in my case, to be used. Some info on the technology N2 uses as taken from Wikipedia:

zForce: Light beams form an invisible grid over the screen and finger location is detected as the beams are crossed. Neither a stylus nor any pressure is needed

Neno: Graphical user interface (GUI) and operating system running on the Microsoft Windows CE platform

With the introduction of the much hyped iPhone and Neonode N2, two mobile phones with touch screens and no keyboards some people started writing how the two combat each other. IMHO the devices are completely different which turns a comparison between them meaningless. The iPhone comes with 8GB of memory, no expansion slot and a 3.5-inch screen. Ανοίγοντας το κουτί του Neonode N2. Εκτός από το κινητό η συσκευασία περιέχει κάρτα μνήμη miniSD 1GB, SD adaptor, φορτιστή, ακουστικά, καλώδιο σύνδεσης με USB, καλώδιο για σύνδεση με στερεοφωνικό mini jack βύσμα [το κοιτάω αυτό], εγγύηση και quick start quide. Ταλαιπωρήθηκα να βγάλω τα ακουστικά με την κάμερα να γράφει αλλά anyway, τα λόγια είναι περιττά για αυτό δείτε το βίντεο… Συνέχεια…

Έχω την τιμή και την χαρά να μοιραστώ μαζί σας τις πρώτες φωτογραφίες από την συσκευασία του Neonode N2 που αναμένεται να κυκλοφορήσει τις επόμενες μέρες με τιμή 399€. Αρχικά θα το βρείτε στα ράφια της Wind και Vodafone ενώ μέχρι εχθές οι συνομιλίες με Cosmote και Γερμανό ήταν σε εξέλιξη. Σημαντικό είναι το γεγονός ότι το Neonode N2 θα κυκλοφορήσει όπως ακριβώς βγαίνει από το εργοστάσιο χωρίς αλλαγές στο μενού… ο χρήστης μπορεί να πειράξει ό,τι θέλει αργότερα.

Η συσκευασία είναι εντυπωσιακά λιτή και όμορφο με την πρόσοψη να έχει φωτογραφία του κινητού με τα βασικά χαρακτηριστικά του ενώ στο πίσω μέρος φαίνεται από το διάφανο κάλυμμα η συσκευή, τα ακουστικά και η κάρτα miniSD του 1GB. Neonode N2 launch party was amazing with the real beauty being the N2 itself. With dimensions 47x77x14.7mm and weight approximately 60g the phone is very small and conveniently slips in any pocket. The “optical touch screen” is bright and sharp and works as the gateway between the phone’s “unique user interface” Neno and the zForce technology. I didn’t have much time to try Neno and zForce but the experience of scrolling within the contact menu was very smooth and worked from the first attempt.

Unlike other devices, Neonode N2 uses a light as the core element for the touch user interface. Συνέχεια…
