Planet Earth meet Nokia’s E75 charger

A few months ago, most of the major cell phone manufactures agreed on energy saving chargers. LG, Motorola, Samsung, Sony Ericsson and Nokia promised to produce energy efficient cell phones chargers and classify the according to star based no load power consumption score board. Two stars equals to no load energy consumption of < 0.3W while five stars indicates a charger with a no load energy consumption of < 0.03W.
The Nokia E75 is shipping with an AC-8 charger inside the box. In other words, E75 mobile charger is a 5 star or < 0.03W when in no load excuse for forgetting the damn thing plugged. Planet Earth warned you with tsunamis and stuff. Nokia did its thing with the AC-8 ENERGY STAR charger. It’s time for you to take action dear reader and unplug the AC-8 when every single cell of the BL-4U 1000 mAh Li-Ion battery if fully charged.

Μ’αρεσει. Η Motorola οντως πρεπει να εχει ηδη κανει κατι, επειδη μολις φορτισει το Aura, μου γραφει στην οθονη να αποσυνδεσω τον φορτιστη απο τον τοιχο για εξοικονομιση ενεργειας. Ισως γι’αυτο δεν εχει stand φορτιστη
